How many of you guys out there are bodyrockers?
I first found this website http://www.bodyrock.tv/ about 2 years ago and so I started working out to their workouts and following their page and it gave me some great endurance and also aided in guiding me to where I am today physically.
Being that I have to complete cardio every morning now and that I don't have much time but still need an effective workout, I will be looking once again to bodyrock for some quick (20 minute), tough workouts to increase my heart rate, make me sweat and get my day started.
