I thought some of you might like this recipe for my morning oatmeal as well
I use Rogers Porridge Oats
Everyone's portion sizes may be different based on calorie intake but I make mine like this.
1/3 cup oats
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 tsp unsweetened coconut
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp of peanut or almond butter ( all natural)
Add water to desired consistency and mix well.
So yummy!
