Vanilla Protein Shake

I just recently bought the Vanilla Bean ISO 100 protein powder so I created a new protein shake treat with it.

1 scoop Vanilla Bean ISO 100 Protein powder or any vanilla protein powder
1 cup water or 1 cup coconut milk
Sprinkle of cinnamon
1/2 banana (optional)
tsp natural peanut butter, almond butter or also really good when used with coconut milk, coconut oil
blend together and serve.
