The 'Murph' Workout

What is the Murph Workout?

For time complete:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

* The first time I completed this, I didn't time myself.

Upcoming challenge is to do it for time and then beat that time each time I do it! :)

On another note: the first time I did this I also did 50 unassisted pull-ups and 50 assisted pull-ups
