Why Do I do this?

This post will be more for me than for the readers to keep me motivated and accountable.

Why do I do this? 
1)      to prove to myself and everyone else that I can do it
2)      it has been a goal I have wanted to achieve in the back of my mind for quite some time
3)      to see how lean I can get
4)      motivated to see what my body can accomplish
5)      studying personal training and in order to be able to help clients reach their goals, I need to look, act and know the part as well. Be my own business card
6)      to motivate and show others that it is an achievable goal
7)      to make my supporters proud
8)      to see abs
9) and most importantly because I am passionate about it, because I love it!!!
