Recipe- Bean Salad

Another recipe coming at ya from my food prep on Sunday.
 
Bean Salad:

 1 (14.5 ounce) can green beans, drained
1 (14.5 ounce) can wax beans, drained
1 (14.5 ounce) can kidney beans, drained
You can also add black beans and chick peas, etc but I didn't have any....
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup vinegar (I used apple cider vinegar)
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup stevia

Directions:


Combine all beans, celery, onion and green pepper; toss to mix. In a separate bowl combine oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and stevia. Whisk until stevia is dissolved and pour over beans.
Refrigerate for 8 hours before serving.
